Ingredients and allergen information

Working ingredients supplied by the client: butter, sugar, eggs, margarine, flavorings, and pastry flour. The bakery reports that peanuts are not used in the facility and that other baked goods may contain pecans and walnuts. Final ingredient and cross-contact language must be confirmed with the bakery before production for allergy-sensitive or institution-reviewed orders.

Nutrition information

Commercial nutrition labeling is being validated against the final recipe. The current client estimate is not yet a production Nutrition Facts panel.

Can our organization order a proof before the full batch?

Yes. Use a proof or pilot order to validate the artwork and options before a larger program. Orders of 500+ and unusual production requests use the organization quote form.
